Is NEO still worth investing in? I have my final $150 and I'm not sure if I should buy NEO or ADA

for now because all the coins are still cheap, then I suggest you to invest in the ADA, why? because ADA is still very cheap and there are many big investors behind it. and also has a clear vision and mission.

in my opinion both coins are good and potential, but if you are confused about where to invest, why don't you choose the two coins

I would also say that both tokens are more than a solid mid/long term investment. There have been a lot of FUD around NEO recently aka the Chinese community have turned their back on them and went with Ontology but I think it still have a lot of potential.

It depends on what coin you are interested in. But for me, both coins are good and have a great potential to grow and more profitable in the future. If bitcoin can leave the bearmarket condition, I think all crypto with good market record will start growing next year.

NEO has an attractive value. You can buy it for your collection and postpone it for later. To preserve a coin. It is interesting to me because Chinese crypto-currencies seem to me the most reliable.

Neo and Ada still interesting alts to invest and maybe hold nor trade depends on what is the most better action.

NEO and ADA are two good coins to invest, they have good potential to continue to develop the technology. Even now in some ICOs, the NEO platform has also been implemented. Both are very good. neo has a large community and the ADA has a large increase every year. why don't you buy both? I think both are good investments.

Neo is worth dying for to invest. Chinese owner will not permit neo tokens to crash until to the point of no hope at all.
