Does Cardano come with any special unique offerings?

There is no doubt it's tech makes it unique.

The tech is indeed unique, but a lot of other things make Cardano a truly unique crypto project. It's more about the team approach to the project than the tech itself I would say. They work with researchers and collaborate with universities worldwide, open-source their work. Yet, it's true that their tech choices (Haskell) fit with their scientific and open-ended philosophy.

what i can stating from ADAcoin is the team is very active and giving a great impression of the progress of the tech issue.
what i know is faster transaction time and more simple yet secure coin .
