Some say that the bounty campaign is just a marketing strategy from a new project to pump fame or sales from a project. With this campaign a new project will get many potential investors or contributors for the development of their projects.

Can the bounty campaign determine the success of a new project?

Lately, I have seen that there are a number of ICO who have failed due to lack of funds even though the planned concept looks good and potential, isn't it if the project is funded and realized the project will be successful and profitable for investors?

When I started following the bounty campaign, I tried to hold the coin or token I got. Then, I hold all tokens from the results of the bounty campaign in hopes of getting a big profit. Now all markets are falling and I don't want to sell anything.
Is holding a coin or token from the results of a bounty campaign a good strategy?
What about your strategy?

Today I read the news at https://cryptoslate.com/binance-kraken-gate-io-referred-to-dfs-by-ny-attorney-general-for-potential-regulation-violation/. That the office of the New York State Attorney General (NY AG) has published a report announcing referrals of three major crypto currency exchanges to the US Department of Financial Services (DFS) for potential violations of state cryptocurrency regulations.

Is this news an issue, FUD, or is it a fact, and does this also affect the current market situation?
