Newbie Rank unable to join the bounty program?

You have to read the rules of each bounty you will join to but most accept every rank for social media campaigns. The rank restriction is usually for the signature campaign.

You're right, in most social media campaign being a newbie isn't a problem only signature campaign doesn't accept newbies, or if accepting has very low pay.

I think you should join twitter or facebook bounty instead signature campaign cuz almost campaign don't alow newbie to join.

not all bounty campaigns accept newbie rank, if you want to follow campign signature is obviously not accepted it just different

Bounties explicitly lay down their rules as to who can participate in the bounty campaign, and remember that in any community that we live, there are rules to obey. so do well to read the rules for participation. If only the bounty permits newbies participation, then you can join. but as far as I know, 99.9% of bounty campaigns exclude newbies

yes newbie can join for social media campaigns but not for signature so newbie can earn even they are new.

Oh yes! Who have joined in twitter and fb campaign are okay to joined, but for signature campaign it is probihated you must be jr.member and up to joined that campaign.
