BTC prices are rising, are bull markets close?

Indeed. The price of BTC has improved quite fast, it can reach go above $5,000 only in two days. I agree if it is a good sign for the upcoming bullrun. But I think it is too early if we want to conclude that this means the bullrun has already close enough. I prefer to monitor the market for more days, then we can know that the rise doesn't happen temporarily only.

The crypto markets are going to be bull gradually that started from March 2019. If slow and gradually recovery in the crypto market will continue,  we can see a 100% bull market as we saw in the 2017 December but hence we don't expect huge pump and dump.

My prediction based on the recent news about BTC that BitPay used BTC by many Vendors and Merchants invoices and Payment loads. So, BTC Price might be increased with fluctuations for next couple of weeks.

I think the bull is preparing for a run soon, however don't mark my words the market can change any moment, at this moment the market might seem bull but next second can be bear.
