What do you think about Real Estate coins ? Are they a good altcoins investment?

I found a screener on which are ranked all real estate related cryptocurrencies: Assetum.io
It is quite well presented and all coins are ranked by market cap.

But can we trust this kind of website... this is the question

I don't know what a real estate coin is because it's still very strange to my ears,
 But I don't think there are any bad coins because all coin owners or coin creators will not want bad things for their investors so they will certainly minimize their shortages,

For this website, I cannot open the link at this time,I have tokens that can be used to rent real estate, but until now the price has dropped and I hope more people will use this token for easy transactions using crypto payments.there are lots of tokens and I still keep ETA tokens up to now

For some reason investors are less interested in real estate even though real estate is a promising business

Well, now we can find out many types of Real Estate Coins. I think yes, they are good coins. but depends on their concept and also team to promote and maintain. As we know that some real estate projects already have products and cooperation with real estate in the real world. So that coins like that are likely to move up and survive in the crypto world.

But all the real estate blockchain projects are slowly coming to maturity.
We forecast a significant growth of investment in this particular blockchain technologies.

I think that real estate coins, are like shares to real estate properties. Of course, if there is inflation, it might be connected to the real estate profit. Nothing else, comes to mind.

Real estate coin is not bad but the tendency of succeeding is very low for new projects now because not many are really interested in it.
