Which stellar wallet can hold Stellar based tokens?

I'm planning to buy some Stellar based tokens, but I'm unsure which type of wallet to use. I have a ledger wallet, but this is only for XLM. I have been searching the web, but have not found a clear answer to which wallet can hold Stellar based tokens. Is stargazer an option?

There are many kinds of stellar mobile wallet also. Currently I am using Interstellar Android App. There is some-languages feature there.
