IS KYC NECESSARY FOR BOUNTY HUNTERS?

Actually, I only believe in a trusted and reliable third party. I will never trust with unclear platform or company with lack of experience as the third parties. I am the same with others, don't want to risk my personal data with any ways.

Only solution is not to join Bountys where KYC is needed.I have no better.
From other side,cryptocurrency should be decentralized and now some smart people want to do KYC.So that everyone and even government knows that you possess crypto.If they not reach soft cap they can sell our data.Ok. But there are even smarter people,they call themselves Third Party,they can make KYC more profesional.They take money 2 times,from ICO and from anyone who needs some data.
Don´t  think that you can buy crypto anonymously  in WWW.You always leave  some traces.All that talk about money laundering and such..just cheap excuses to grab your data.And to find you if you not pay taxes

What will be best in this situation? I think Bounty Managers should be held accountable. You must be able to be up front with the rules and regulations of any bounty you the manager is in charge of. Whereby, because of your carelessness or laxity, a bounty hunter is not paid for his/her hard work due to a kyc that was not mentioned before accepting to work in the bounty, you the manager should be held accountable to the aggrieved bounty hunter.
Secondly, I would also suggest the service of a trustworthy escrow party. Where this tokens are to be deposited and held in trust until after the bounty is over then hunters are paid after they have finished their work. Simple!

KYC is much needed for bounty campaign because it determine how legit the project is, in other reason it is one to control those wise participants who had multiple accounts to surpass other rewards getting from this project so KYC is one of the controller for the wise entry of this forum...

Most times KYC is applied to bounty hunters because of SEC restrictions and also to curb fraud, some bounty hunters has this habit of trying to game the system and KYC helps to curb that.

You are quite correct but on the other hand, I think that the cons of it fear out weighs the pros.
