How does the improper distribution of Bitcoin affect its growth and future?

Bitcoin is supposed to be a decentralized digital currency. But it is known that a group known as the 'whales' own a larget amount of Bitcoin. Therefore this group seem to control the price an d market of Bitcoin because their actions and decisions greatly affect the market of Bitcoin.
So do you think this form improper distribution will affect the future and growth of Bitcoin?
Also what should be the solution to this problem?

Yes probably, but this kind of manifestation is usual because  they want to earn also if you have o lot of money why you should buy also as many as you can,otherwise we are living in democratic system of crypto currency they can do what they want because no one can track them, the only thing is what we are going to do is to obeserve and watch the next step of which time hold or sell.
