Do you have any evidence to support your claims? There may be some scam altcoins but definitely many are still legit altcoins that aims to solve the problem of some industries today like in logistics, supply and financial industry. If you study the technology behind cryptocurrency, you wouldn't just easily say it is scam. Additionally, if you think it's scam then you will not be here in the first place.

Usually, people who say this don't like the fact that they raise ludicrous amounts of money and can be viewed as a security token and don't like that they aren't in there eyes raising funds legitimately or releasing supply via mining like bitcoin without an ICO.  Scam is a harsh word but its a word used by people who are usually in traditional finance who don't like the idea of ICOs.

There are some scam ICOs but not the Altcoins because Altcoins already reach the market which mean they are a successful projects. Although some of their projects are not feasible to the masses but this is better than scam ICOs. Not all ICOs are scam because there are regulation and KYC to determine which is scam and which is not.

Don't be panic, mate. You stated all scam, it's like you're in a panic when you're having a problem. Calm down, not all scam. But you should be more careful in choosing an altcoin.

I agree with you a big percentage of ICO is scam but there is legit one inside the scams if you are able to seek it out and do the bounties your effort in screening all the scams is not wasted.

This is we need to discussed the biard of directors that scam will be stopped .Altcoins is now still inviting numbers of members to joined but in a start they taste a scam .I think it will be dismiss because the members will stopped there efforts to work with altcoins.But I do not believed of scammers is all of this time.
