Of course, cardano has been falling continuously for some period of time. However, this is market and i believe every market that exist has a rise and fall periods. May be, it is the fall period now but conditions are never permanent and market conditions will surely change sooner or later. It is better to give the market , the benefit of the doubt than to give up entirely.

a destruction not only in ADACOIN, other cards experience the same thing, tron, eth etc,

Most of the people are aware already of this market fall down as this is not affect for Cardano but to all Altcoins including bitcoins but i think we should keep on holding as cardano has big potential to rise  in the near future.

of course, market has been in poor conditions and all coins on market have been depreciating continuously for some few months. However, this is market and the fact is every market has a rise and fall period. May be we are in the fall period, who knows? another fact is that no condition is permanent and the market will not continue to be in this condition and will surely recover sooner or later, though it remains unpredictable for now. Market will surely rise again and individuals will start having a good look on their faces.  it will be too early to give up.
