I've been looking for the button "recent threads or posts"here on the forum?

Sorry to ask this it's almost 3 days I can't seem to find this button on the forum like new posts or most recent threads/posts.

I just want to be updated and see all recent threads. Do you know where can I find them?

Do you think about something similar like on bitcointalk forum in the bottom of the page?
It could be useful but I didn't use this feature much even in btctalk forum, so you can just check topics and boards that have orange NEW tag on them.
This is how I navigate in altcoinstalks right now.

Yeah, that's what I'm looking for including the button on the top left near Avatar in the BTT forum. Only "View the most recent posts on the forum." what I can find on the home page of this forum.

Thanks, it looks the same as the 3 buttons on BTT this will be useful and it seems the forum works just like BTT I'm just a bit confused because I can't find some of the buttons for unread sections or boards.
The customized/selected unread boards/sections also work just like this below.
