Yes, obviously. Most Bitcoin is valued by people with dollars, because the dollar is a universal currency. If we see that we can buy Bitcoin with any currency in this world. If for the amount depends on the ratio of the exchange rate of the dollar with the country's currency.

According to many people good money is limited in number and there is no third party intervention and bitcoin has it, but for now bitcoin cannot be considered a currency because it has not received legal approval from the government of each country, maybe in the future all that could happen , bitcoin as a payment tool.

actually bitcoin is a currency but in the form of digital, created to meet the needs of life in the future that are all electronic and digital, but nowadays it is more often used for investment places because of its very high value .
