I decided to create a simple monthly report at the end of each month so we can track, compare and evaluate the quality of the forum.

I hope to have everyone's contributions so we can have better reporting in the future. Thank you very much!

This is the January 2024 report. Since December 2023 data is not available, no comparison was made.

Since you have been around for a while, I think you can give a general assessment of the growth during this month compared to December and the previous months, as most of us know nothing about the forum beyond the last two months.

This worth is possibly just an estimate based on global ranking, number of visitors, users  and so on.
If admin was to put up this forum for sale, I did be damn stupid to believe that he will sell this forum for $27k, for I bet you it will be much more than that.
If I should make an estimate of my own, I did say that if admin should want to sell this forum, looking at the number of users already, and the growth potentials, considering that this forum is the next after bitcointalk, I did say that the forum will sale for a million dollars and above, but if worst come to worst, it should sell not below $500k.

As I said, this is the first report so I don't have December figures to compare. From next month, we will be able to collate more information about the development of the forum.

Typically, estimating the value of a website is based on traffic, ads monetization, and ads prices in each country.
All figures are estimates only, not the price that the admin advertises for sale on the Internet 😂

If I should make an estimate of my own, I did say that if admin should want to sell this forum, looking at the number of users already, and the growth potentials, considering that this forum is the next after bitcointalk, I did say that the forum will sale for a million dollars and above, but if worst come to worst, it should sell not below $500k.

These estimates come from the average money that the forum can achieve in exchange for server management costs. If we say that the average profits from advertisements are $3,000 per month and all administrative expenses are $1,500, then the forum’s profit is $1,500 per month or $18,000 annually, and therefore the price $27,700 is fair, and may increase to $50,000 with the expectation of an annual increase.

$500,000 is an exaggerated amount, and it is difficult for any forum to achieve profits within 10 years.

I wish there were statistics from the previous months to know the extent of the forum's growth during this period, but it is okay, the statistics are encouraging in general.

The most important thing in any forum is traffic because it is the most important indicator of the quality of the forum and what makes companies want to advertise here, so I expect that through more activity and high-quality posts, traffic will increase more and more during the coming period.

The signature campaign from FxBox has also helped forum members become more active 💪

Thanks for creating this summary of the forum it gives us motivation and confidence that we can say to someone we are on this forum and we have a reputation there, I remember one of my local community members went to a tech fest in our country (as he shared his story) and when he shared there that he has a community of locals in crypto on Bitcointalk, he got gifted with t-shirts, etc. In the same way, this forum will get rank and get more attraction even.

The monthly visitor numbers are just shocking because, in my opinion, this forum was not getting this much traffic before, If I am not wrong. I hope this number will reach 1 million per month very soon, but for that, I hope the admin is preparing the servers for optimization, etc. I hope one thing that, like BTT the admin will not go away from this forum like admins of BTT not give much time to it. (just a thought, not targeting anyone).

There are a lot of interesting things to think about

--> I wouldn't have thought that India would have the most visitors here on the forum and that Brazil would be ahead of the United States
I hadn't seen any brazilians talking about this forum on other social networks until the end of last year

--> The top 4 countries don't have English as their native language

--> It's a surprise that Russia isn't in the top five, as they are usually very present in other forums

Why is there so much people from India active in this forum?
Turkey has big activity in other crypto forums I used , but I am surprised that there isn't more people from eastern Europe and Asia.
Maybe you should post additional statistic with most popular boards and topics, I would like to see that.
