Be careful with Pumps channels

Some of you may have noticed this, That there are certain individuals who deliberately create a kind of pump channel in Telegram, Whatsapp etc. which aims to help people earn profit but the reality is very different.

I have tried to follow the pump channel and want to see what the channel activity looks like. Before the pump to a certain coin, will appear such a channel announcement, the time of pump, type of pump, target pump and coin to be in the pump is still a secret. It aims for channel members to prepare some money to buy. After the coin announced, the pump drama also starts with a target percentage.

the buying wall is starting to look, and the channel members are busy putting up buy orders on top of the created wall and when the target is reached, the buying wall is released and changes to the selling process which causes the price to come back down.

The question is:
- does this channel only use members to help pump prices?
- If they target a 15% increase, would they sell it when the target is reached?
- Is there any guarantee that they do not make a purchase of the coins to be collected first before announcing it.

Pump groups are very dangerous , so everyone definitely has to stay away . I also find no ethical to make money here . By the way, Thank you for sharing your information , very useful .

My friends had a sad experience with such channels, I tried it myself and lost very little. So I am against Pumps channels too.

We should not rely our profit from pumps channel. We don't know the whole point when dealing with them because we don't know if we can trust those people. What if they plan to pump and yet they are the one who buy the token. The motives is undefined although it seems good but not actually profitable if unknowingly who you are dealing with.

That's why governments are really cracking hard on crypto because of this kind of scams. Pump&Dump groups are mostly scams anyways and its really sad that most of their victims are newbies who likely willing to pay huge amount to join this kind of groups and get a bigger returns but its not the way it is. If everyone think that we can all suddenly rich here, think again because it is not really going to happen.

It may belong to a scammer. They often offer this kind of pump channels in which somebody may be deceived if they don't know what exactly happen. In this case, I think it is crucial to be more careful in selecting the channel offering some pumps, ICO, tokens, and other programs with not clear information.

I don't think all channels are so compliant with the traffic results that are given by the admin channel. they can also see the situation and circumstances in the coins they play. that in my opinion there might be something like that too?

I have my opinion about your issue.
So here are my answers:
1. I think that channel creators use a lot of, I’d say, marketing channels to attract naive fools. So they have lots of channel to make a beautiful pump.
2. If they have a goal of 15% increase, they will take profit no matter what.
3. I think the point is specifically in that possibility of buying beforehand at lows and selling it to another generation of greater fools.

Yes, you have a very actual point.
Because of that such trading activities are not prohibited in such ways that no one can use it, because of that a lot of fools lose a lot of nonetheless, literally, governments don’t know another ways to cope other than banning the whole industry.

Stay away from pump telegram groups . The only one who make gain is the creator, others just risk to have a coin with very low liquidity after price will fall after the pump if they cannot sell it in time.
