Bitcoin Token Exchanges - What's available Now

Seems like Bitcoin Token is available on the following exchanges:

Mercatox (only real exchange so far with any level of acceptable volume - use this one if interested)
Crex24
Stocks.Exchange
BiteBTC
OOOBTC

I've only used Mercatox so far, but the volume is at least getting to the respectable level (would like to see 50k volume a day but you gotta start somewhere)

Anyone involved with the project, any upcoming exchange listings or budget set aside for larger exchanges?  I know with a community coins it can be a bit slower of a process with lower funding, but just curious what you guys have planned.

I like the project, maybe I'll get some bitcoin tokens when I have some ether, they are certainly are affordable right now.  Hopefully they grow a little bit and have a passionate team.
