Would you trust a ICO team that will not share fund raising amounts?

Yh hitherto I did not trust these stuff. But recently I met a project like that, where they have investors already and do not share the funds because investors are already there before even the lunch of the bounty. I was surprised though.

I am not sure of the ico project that does not provide sales information or the achievement of their project. Impressed not transparent in crypto business.

Its as simple as that. No one will trust or they might be selling fake news. Look at the SINT, they haven't paid bounty participants after around 2-3 months of ICO completion. People are calling them FAKE.

Mostly ICO shared this information to public. This is to attract investors to come more because people needs transparent project. So rare that project don't give information but if this happen I think the team member can't be trusted.

Nope, I wold definitely avoid such projects which lack of transparency. Its important for investors to know the amount of demand for an individual ICO.

It depends, really. Some ICOs are dodgy and feature the sell bar on their website, which is a fake. So I would much rather have ICO that doesn't tell exactly how much has been sold and that those tokens were actually sold. They can just tell me if the soft cap or pre-sale cap has been reached and I'm happy.

Yes, some ICO does not report how much they raised but some is posted on their website. In that case its so nice to know how much they raised because it needs also for the investor to be aware how much they should buy.

That is shady. I do not see why would they hide the amount raised to their investors. I would avoid such ICO's.

It's better to just leave the ICO like that because it's not fair.

If they are good why not? From what i see is that they does not want to reveal how much fund they have already raise might be they does not want to decrease the confidence level of investors and potential investors. If you believe in the project the total amount of fund raise should not really be a big factor of consideration for you to invest in it.

Most of their project about transparency and similar things but they are not transparent about themselves. Very hypocrite i think.

it must be transparent, an ico launching a pre sale or the main sale must provide their investors and the whole community the information about the progress of their token sale.

I can't trust such ico,  it might be that they didn't even meet softcap not to talk of getting some money from investors,  ico team needs to be openly in any way so as to have the trust of investors

Normally most of the ICO i have participated in always shows their smart contract wallet address which anyone can easily see and know how much they have raised, unless they are collecting investing with other method of payments, like using other coins or credit card/bank deposit, which at the end of the day they will announce total been raised, but as for eth payment, you can request for the address and see how much they have raised.
