If bitcoin grow too strong, would the elite shut down the internet ?

The elite can not shut down the Internet.  Bitcoin and Internet are  two different invention. Bitcoin  depends on the the internet. without the internet their will be no bitcoin

Absolutely not.  There are many decentralized internet projects in the works as well, so soon this wont even be a realistic option.  People would fucking riot if they just shut the internet off, especially in the united states, since so many people here are entitled and have nothing but free time.  There's no chance that they attempt this, unless they genuinely want to start a civil war.  People need access to information and news from across the globe, and there's no way people would tolerate it.

There is no elite relationship with the internet, let alone bitcoin. Is the reason they have to kill the internet because bitcoin is growing strongly? Very absurd. They do not have the authority to turn off the internet, even though they are strong people.
