Goals in crypto, or any sort of trading, need to be flexible. You can't set a goal and just stick to it blindly. Best bet is to find your buy and sell zones, be strict to stick to them, but only as far as conditions don't change (which can literally take minutes). So yes, it's important to have goals, lots of constantly changing ones.

I'm sharing all my money to all the coins in a reasonable way. I lose a little while the market is in a bad condition, I can make more money while the market is good.but recently it doesn't work. I have to buy more coins to lower costs.

You should have a specific goal for every token you possess. It can be that, you will sell the tokens if the price doubles or triples or even quadruples. It all depends on the goal you have for a specific coin.
