crypto for me is a good way to become big, it's just that cripto is very vulnerable to be understood by new investors. once making a mistake, being banned permanently can be the reason.

Crypto, in my opinion, is a source of my side money because it is in Crypto that I can get extra money for the cost of living tomorrow

Two words. Freedom and independence. It seems like nobody has control over blockchain and that it is truly in the hands of the people. Whether this will turn out to be true, we will have to wait and see. Other than that, it's fascinating to learn about a possible system we might have in the future and be an early adopter. Crypto also creates jobs so if you learn now, you might actually land a job in the future that will pay well.

I say both. When ever we're given the opportunity to make some bucks, we should always be smart enough to keep a portion for our future needs. Life nowadays is hard. We should always grab any right set of circumstances that comes our way to guarantee a comfortable future not just for ourselves but most especially to our loved ones. This is how i view the importance of cryptocurrency in my life.
