It's going to be one year for me to start cryptocurreny career and in my 1 year career the one coin is heared most, see him in trend is Bitcoin. So Bitcoin is number one in my list, where next place goes to Ethereum. After Ethereum, there will be NEO, Cardano and LTC.

So my list is following:
1. Bitcoin
2. Ethereum
3. NEO
4. Cardano
5. LTC

First ethereum because ethereum is more potential than other altcoins and 2nd to the highest in price. Second for me is Litecoin, Third one is Ripple, Fourth one is Tron, and last but not the least is NEO.

@Kitme, I also have the same view as you. Coins like NEO and Ethereum are two coins that will make competing tightly later. Ethereum has quite a lot of markets, that's why ethereum has always been the leader in the altcoin row.

i am a fan of syscoin venture. With it is blockmarket laptop and the approaching release of blockmarket web....plus masternodes in a few months. honestly looks like a stable project.

I'm not professional to altcoins but my list are: Etherium, Monero , Litecoin , Eth Classic and some other types of privacy coins, For the first four coins I mentioned I know they will do more alot of things to become more successful and it's a great time to collect them while the market is down.

Its probably too risky to hold only these, but my favorites for the long term (and potentially massive gains) are Aion, Open Platform, NEX, 0chain and lets say Cindicator.
