Are altcoins better than Bitcoin?

Each coin has its goal and i think we should judge the performance by how well each coin is progressing towards its goals. It is obvious on the market that Bitcoin holds the number one position with the largest market cap due to its huge number of investors.

Yes I think, There is several altcoins better than bitcoin in technology or platform. There is smart contract platform.

I think Bitcoin is still better than altcoins. Bitcoin has special value, it is the first coin and has the highest rate today. The popularity of bitcoin will be irreplaceable and proven for long time. The number of bitcoin is also limited, this makes the price quite stable. It is different with altcoins that have the total supply in a large number.

I'm just using bitcoin to trade to altcoins.  I guess I go for altcoin holdings right now rather than bitcoin. I believe alts will bring me weath, if I have bitcoin now I rather swap it to alts and hold it for a little bit longer until such time bull run is seen. Some alts are very promising and the price is just cheap and could bag as many as coins in your wallet. A little movement is huge in term of money because of its number compare to bitcoin that is very high price small movement could not affect your holdings.

No altcoins never compete with bitcoin because bitcoin is a leader of this market and it holds this position in future also. No altcoin is near the value of bitcoin and also not possible in future.
