That's right, so far Solana has quite cheap transaction fees and has very high transaction speeds. Currently, Solana has several hype memes and is much in demand by traders so it is natural that many people make a profit from Solana.

For me, the low transaction cost is what makes solana unique than the other blockchains.
And they are actually aiming to reduce the transaction conformations time significantly.

I think the presence of safe memecoins on the Blockchain makes it unique. There have been less rug pulls like Ethereum and I think the fact that the smart contract doesn't support some functions like Ethereum makes it more safe. You are on point. I think everything is risky and even a unique blockchain has some risky coins in it. And as I've said safe memecoins. Im wrong there. There is nothing like safe memecoins till it's supported by big exchanges and even after that, it's still risky to invest in them..

Solana is a fast blockchain, and supports thousands more transactions than Ethereum, with an average fee of just $0.00025 per transaction. It's no surprise that Solana is becoming the platform of choice for meme coins, but massive meme coin activity is also causing congestion on the Solana network.
However, Ethereum is still the best-performing network in the market, with no signs of slowing down.
So, keeping both tokens in our portfolio might be a good idea.

I like and own Solana.  It's fast transactions and low gas fees are great selling points for actually using Solana.  There is also a lot of developer activity with smart contracts and web3 apps that could mature into some long term value for the ecosystem.

That said, I don't care much for meme coins (in general).  IMO, they are just Ponzi pump and dumps and it's pure gambling to get in early enough to steal someone else's bets.  I don't believe that L2 meme coins drive long term value for the L1 backbone.

Solana has also had some technical failures with the blockchain having to go offline at times.  Supposedly the developers have rolled out updates to fix this, but it remains to be seen.  If the structural issues are not fixed, it leaves Solana vulnerable to competition (from similar developments like SUI et al).

Popularity, high speed, low cost, and a large community are the advantages that have made Solana the choice of many new projects, especially memecoins. I'm not a big fan of these memecoins, as most of them will fail and disappear with investors' money, but they also add to Solana's vibrancy, generate transaction fees, and support SOL price on the market.

I'm looking forward to the restaking wave from Ethereum to Solana to help DeFi on Solana grow and drive the development of the entire ecosystem in the coming months. Solana's strength should be used for projects that truly have value for users in major trends such as RWA, GameFi, and SocialFi..., which is the foundation for Solana to continue to compete with Ethereum.

In my opinion make Solana is unique coin because success recovery to higher price after dropping drastically and unbelievable with some coins have dropped almost 200% since reaching ATH price but get second opportunities return to higher price.
Its difficult find with other coins how strong fundamental and team behind solana coins make this coins unique than other coins, its difficult to see on other coins beside solana has much advantage with lower fees for sending transaction until most faster coins when making payment than other coins.
Last wish want to see Solana can break out again above $200 because its not difficult thing for seeing Solana become more popular in the future.

Yeah, SOL price 25x recovery from $8 to $210 after a -97% drop is even more impressive than the 500x surge during the bullrun 2021. This is perhaps beyond the expectations of investors and SOL holders, reaffirming Solana's immense potential as a long-term competitor to Ethereum. Honestly, I also missed out on the opportunity with SOL because I thought the collapse of FTX was the end of Solana. It's a shame that I refused to buy SOL at $10 and $20.

Currently, the SOL price is re-accumulating, and I think that when the market grows, we will soon see a new ATH for SOL and will continue to talk about the higher price zones that SOL can reach, such as $500 or $1000 ^^

One of the fastest layer 1 blockchain remain Solana but therr network outage is something is dislike. Solana has went offline 4 good times since it went online preventing people from making on chain transactions which is bad for crypto as a whole. If a crypto network could go offline then it doesn't have any difference with the traditional networks.

Solana also has small fees, when you compare it with network like Ethereum that has smart contracts, it's better and flexible to launch projects and interact with smart contracts than other layers. This is why meme tokens are all over Solana than ethereum network.
