In our society many people fail to understand the importance of rest, quality rest helps us in different ways, health wise, it is advisable to rest because it when our body is at rest. It helps to relax all the tissue in our body.
But while at rest one can steal earn money ...
Many people will ask, How can i earn money while at rest ? And looking at the question, one can say that it is only for those who has big business and employees that can earn while resting because they have workers who help the perform the task and are being paid for it.
But having a good trading skill, one can be at his/her comfort zone  and earn money.

You might have a different definition of rest. As far as I know, if we let ourselves rest it only means that we don't do anything. We only let our body and mind take a rest just like sleeping or watching our television to enjoy different shows until we feel relaxed.

Doing trading is not part of resting as it is also one of the causes of mental exhaustion for most people. Even if you have great skill, knowledge, and experience to initiate the trade, it does not guarantee a profit which will surely affect someone who is resting if ever he does not make a profit at all.

I believe that our body also needs to rest, to be honest, because it can also affect our health. They say that health is wealth, health is priceless, and we only live once in this world. And I also believe that even if we are resting, we can still get passive income in reality.

I do not think that is an investment one should do while resting because you will end up being restless while watching your assets liquidating in the cause of resting and trading.

Anxiety will occur when trading using money that will be used in the near future and your money income is only in one place, but anxiety will never occur when you have money income from various channels, maybe you are a permanent employee in a factory or also have a job trading food or other things so that the money you use in cryptocurrency is completely intended for future savings in cryptocurrency.

What I usually do on my free time is I am making Handmade Flower Bouquet and sell it to my social media account, however I have a lot of competitors in my local area so I just spend my time nowadays here to read some of the forums and making conversation with other members as well

Yes I understand your point, but quality rest also helps your body and organs to relax. Most people work 247, and the stress is affecting badly today as a result of that some of them fall sick and develop so many malfunction on their body systems...

You are correct mate. When you have multiple streams of income, it would not get you bother while trading because you have other sources where your income flows, so the market conditions would not bother you in any way. It is good when one have other sources because any investment put in Crypto would last longer than as they would not think of touching it.

For one to stay at their comfort zone to make money through trading, doesn't mean they are less busy when trading. If you know how trading is, you won't have said this because trading involves and take more of your time, you won't have time for other personal things apart from trading.

Mostly biking and also trying to climb mountains and hunt falls , together with my best buddy we are dealing with many adventures when there is a free time.
and yeah taking care of my pets from day by day what made me busy aside from regular job and crypto trading.
