Stable Facebook Coin - Libra has not yet been released, so buying it now is not yet possible. She met such strong resistance from the United States and European Union states that even if it is released, it is unlikely that it will already have significant significance in the financial market. In addition, now many states themselves are working on the creation of their national stable coins and they will use the power and authority of these states, and not the tarnished authority of Mark Zuckerberg, as in the situation with Libra.

It can't be bought for LIBRA coins because LIBRA is not in the right ecosystem for the market because the choice of the CEO of Libra is also not yet to launch the coins.
I am very sorry for this because LIBRA is awaited by traders but the proof is that until now Libra cannot be traded on the market.

I hope Libra listings on famous exchanges such as Binance or Bittrex because both Exchange has a lot of supporters.

Read in some media, Facebook has registered Libra network LLC in Geneva, Switzerland, as a Blockchain technology development company. I think we can not buy this coin because it has not been released. Libra coin predictions will be released Facebook is the first quarter of 2020. But until now there has not been any more developments about this coin.

You can't buy something that doesn't exist yet. The Libra coin has been talked about for so long that some people think it has already been issued. And they are even sure that this is a good coin.
However, even if she sees our world, which I doubt, it will still not have half the effect as a stablecoin, which it was designed for.

Yes, Libra from Facebook is still being awaiting for it's final launch of the project even since 2018. When it  surface on the market everyone will see it to trading or investment. Let watch and see how it goes.

Libra is currently not released.
If Libra is released, there will be a lot of people who will join the pre-sale or ICO.
Especially if there is a bounty, it must be good news for bounty hunters.  ;D

Perhaps, Libra so far is not going to launch anymore, after what happened were many of the community investors opposed it.
But of course, We just still don't know what's really planning right now. Because as of now, there is no update yet about this coin anyway even the crypto news are not update on this one.

You can't buy something that doesn't exist yet. Libra has yet to be created, but Zuckerberg is still determined to release it. Let's see what he does.

Cryptocurrency traders, in particular, might think Libra offers an enticing investment opportunity. After all, unlike most of its crypto predecessors, Libra will be backed by actual reserves, in this case, cash and government bonds. Investors may as well own government bonds directly.

As far I know that Libra coin is not available in the market because it is not published yet. But now I am not sure what is happening in this concern. There is no news for this coin and the owner of the coin facebook authority didn't get any action. I think they need more time to implement it.

Libra cryptocurrency and network do not yet exist, and only rudimentary experimental code has been released. The launch is planned to be in 2020 Buying cryptocurrency in India is not a good idea. The government had stated that ‘while it supports blockchain technology, used across industries from banking to agriculture and virtual currencies, it is not in favour of digital currencies.’

The OP's question is very difficult to answer because the evidence is that LIBRA doesn't have good news for the listing issue.
LIBRA may also now be hated a lot because LIBRA seems to give false hopes and it really hurts, including me who was the first to hope that LIBRA would be successful in launching.

Be patient and have to be able to wait when LIBRA will launch to the market.
Because the problem is that currently LIBRA has not seen its nose in the cryptocurrency market.
Maybe 2021 is the year of LIBRA so let's pray for the good of LIBRA in the future because until now I think LIBRA is still in a bad stage.

Libra will be substantial, everyone concerned with Governments, when Venezuala launched their Petro Dollar Coin, OPEC told everyone not to Buy it , and that basically meant it was not going to be accepted anywhere else for Oil ever, and it killed the Petro Dollar. This happened because Maduro is a Dictator oppressing his people, lowering their currency to less than the face value of Toilet paper, so it is better to wipe with Venezualan Pesos after using the bathroom, because of Maduro. The Venezualan people are safer using Crypto than their own Pesos.

Facebook is a different Story.

Facebook already has Games, Donation features, and multiple Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) to add Tip Widgets to. So Libra has utility right when it launches.

Plus it is Proof of Stake, so not just a reason to Buy it and spend it, but Buy and Hold it.

Then I assume Libra will have a VM or something like Graphene or the Ethereum EVM, so there will likely be Libra dApps and Tokens, and many of those FB App making companies have much larger budgets and user bases than most ETH Devs, so if Libra is a IaaS/PaaS Blockchain, it will have a jump start over existing chains.

Having a Game and maybe a Libra Token Smart Contract running your game, it is easier to access than Meta Mask, etc. Everyone is already on Facebook and they have lots of in App Purchases for FB games.

So that right there Fuels the Market, and the people collecting fees for Developing those Smart Contracts have incentive to hold because it is PoS.

And we could even see a Cryptocurrency exchange, or many, on Facebook.

The Libra stablecoin is expected to launch in January, as Swiss regulators are due to issue a financial services license by that time.  It will only be backed by the dollar.  The rest will already be seen when she finally sees the world.  I do not expect anything special from this coin.  Let's see what kind of relationship she will have with Facebook, since earlier Zuckerberg promised that she would not have anything to do with Facebook.

If it is made to be a Standalone entity from Facebook then it might not be as great, depending if it does have an EVM type functionality for IaaS/PaaS. If it is standalone with no possibility for users to integrate any part of it into Facebook, then it will probably have a big start with a big bubble, then go down from there.

From what I have seen it seems that Libra is intended to somehow be earned by those who currently have little to no access to Crypto, and in many cases currently, little to no internet. So the value of the coin will likely be based on Charity type investment.

If I have a large pool of people who earn a coin for Free, I then need a pool of people to Buy it or those getting it Free will kill the price by selling. If Libra is their sole source of income at some point, they are just pulling funds out, nothing is going in. And sure, Mark Zuckerburg, maybe people like Richard Branson, Elon Musk, or Michael Bloomberg and the other Political Billionaires who like to be seen as Charitable and forward looking, I can see them maybe investing. And the price will go up.

And maybe that price can stay up if there is then a Marketplace, so that those earning Libra can earn extra by selling Wares to those who Buy and Hold Libra. So that creates a reason to Buy and Hold other than the PoS built in reason.

But if you then plugged that into Facebook, that would just massively expand the Pool of Buyers, particularly if their were Apps developed where you pay fees in Libra. It would do much better if it were plugged into that Network, and those earning it Free were selling to those who have a reason to buy it as a Currency on a Platform.

Look at Steemit, for Facebook to launch a Currency with no intention of giving utility to their existing platform, they are leaving a lot on the Table.

Facebook could right now create the model for future Social Media sites.

Right now Steemit, BLURT and Hive are showing us the Future, it seems like Facebook just wants to join in with Bitcoin or Litecoin if they do it that way.

Just to get everyone thinking.

Look at the Gift Card Economy, Bitcoin is like a Giftcard that changes value. Look at FortNite V-Bucks, or World of Warcraft Gold, or like Gaia Online Tokens.

Recently we have seen PGL on Prospectors, built on Ethereum, then EOS, and WAX. All games built around a Token.

But what we need, are existing games to create Currencies. The games created around an ICO are a great step forward, but existing companies need to go on the Blockchain, they would do so much better than these Coin based Development projects.

Coins are Developed, we don't need a password, a cell phone, email verification, and a urine Sample to open our wallet. We need uses for Cryptocurrencies, and ways to get more people using them. We all do, it benefits all of us when more people are earning from this, and they will want to earn when they see companies they know selling things they want for coins.

Don't expect much to buy LIBRA because this LIBRA doesn't make much sense for investors.
Don't get caught in an uncertain circle of launches in the market because LIBRA is giving you the weird.

It is better for the OP to buy Bitcoin and make a profit because Bitcoin is now going up uncontrollably.

purchase Libra through Libra wallet apps on your phone or from some local grocery and convenience stores. You cash in your local currency like dollars and get nearly the same number of Libra coins, which are represented by this wavy three-line emoji instead of the $ symbol.

Currently Libra Coins are showing a lot on Facebook. If anyone wants to trade Libra Coins then you can.  Because it is possible to get many benefits by trading Libra coins because many investors are investing in Libra coins all the time.  It is possible to earn income by trading from here.

I Think Facebook's Stable coin Libra Will Lunch As Soon as possible. And It Will Creat Good Impact On Cryptocurrency Market.

Zuckerberg was only able to make Facebook because he is Anti-Social, that is what I meant when comparing him to Dan. And if not Anti-Social, just a Bro running a Virtual Reality company he bought on the website he buys his friends on. So instead he is literally attacking my Wife's company, and trying to prop up his failing idea with it, after renaming his failing brand "Diem"."

Libra / Diem is a sensational project that was never implemented and even if this stablecoin does appear, I no longer expect anything special in it. It is unlikely that the regulators will allow this coin to work closely with Facebook, and without it, this coin will be one of many existing stablecoins.
Despite repeated promises and postponements of the appearance of this coin on the market, we do not see any progress in this matter. It looks like this coin may not appear at all.
