It's a good idea to drink coffee when the market goes down. In the past 7 years, I have seen many trends in the market good and bad but mostly the crypto market depends on demand. Yes, one should sit idle if he/she can hold his cryptos without selling. There is no benefit in panic selling.

Remembering the past bull runs-many of the top coins at that time that fell-still have not recovered.Therefore, just sitting and waiting without having a clear strategy is not the best idea.
