Importation is another factor to the high price of cement. Mostly cement used in Nigeria are imported, and this add to the increase price of cement, If more industries could start up a cement production this will make it easier for the price will be less and help to reduce it cost, by reducing the need to import. The main reason for the cost of cement price in Nigeria is the unavailability of raw materials. Nigeria is rich in limestone,that's the main raw materials use for the production of cement, the infrastructure to process this materials are not available. Additional the power supply in the country is not constant which makes it difficult to operate cement production.  Do you think Nigeria government should implement the production of more cement plants?

Importation is a sharp as sword—it can be beneficial to customers as well as companies, but it can also have serious disadvantages. Here is the lowdown:

If a country depends more on domestic products, it is better. The disadvantages of importing goods and services is more than and producing locally has more advantages. It is not that a country should not import goods and services but it is better what the country is importing is lesser and almost equal to what the country is exporting while producing most goods and services locally.

Disadvantages of importation , goods might seen like a breeze, but it's fair share of draw back. Here are few factors to consider * dependacy : when the country relies on importation,it becomes dependent on other countries for goods. Which makes it vulnerable to the supply and price of fluctuation.

I did not understand that bolded part. What makes importation makes it vulnerable to the supply and price of fluctuation? It looks very incorrect and like you pointed to nothing but just want to post something.
