Op I must tell that there is a big change of Ethereum price after the ETF approval of the ether spot approval. Before the ETF approval of the project, Ethereum was $2,800 or $3,200 and since when the Ethereum spot ETF was approved, the price has not come down to $3,800 which is a good move for the coin. And if anyone is investing in altcoins, it is better for the person to invest in long term because the movement of Altcoins is not fast as bitcoin. Lime today I bought bitcoin from someone at the rate of $67,768 and now bitcoin is $68,351 i. Which I have gotten small profit from it but altcoins are not like that. Since yesterday Ethereum was $3,800 and till now it is still in that price. So  tia better for the investors to plan for long term.

If you read the OP you'll see I have suggested reporting to mods already. Please read before replying to avoid rewording what was already said.
I read your content and I made the suggestion base on the subsequent comments and not really from yours. And I also read the link in the Op and saw the comment of the admin over there. And I don't think we can delete post by ourselves and that probably the caused of that op. And that's why suggestions are made.

I somewhat agree with this part. In addition, it's not easy to find altcoin wallet which are open-source and let user have access private keys.
In my research about wallets, bitcoin is the only wallet that does not have any other coin wallet. When I checked MEW for Ethereum, I saw other wallets in the MEW but I didn't see it like that in the bitcoin wallets I have use. Such as Electrum, bluewallet etc.
This is MEW interface with other Blockchains. This is the quality of open Open Source with other projects. And another differences are the PoW and the Whitepaper specifications. Bitcoin made their very clear for all to see.

Technical Discussion / Re: Which blockchains are the fastest?
« on: May 28, 2024, 04:38:07 PM »
I think that these networks must be tested before we can say that they are the fastest. If the block size is large and each block is mined after about 3 seconds, the blockchain will be the fastest, but in terms of security, you need more than one confirmation to say that your transaction is safe.
Therefore, the term "fastest" must take into account the block size, network congestion, and the number of confirmations necessary to say that a transaction is secure.
You have spoken well, I was surprised to this ranking because the last time when I was trying to use Solana the network was congested and that lasted for about 3-4 months and here a network that was congested for all those months is the number one in the list. And I also made research on the fastest Blockchain and the op is right. I will not dispute about the fact on bitcoin because bitcoin network is not fast. And the position with Ethereum is good. I think this can also make the developers of bitcoin to sit up and clean up their blockchain so that the network will fast. We have to test the network as users so we can know which one is the fastest. +karma.

Sorry for that terrible experience, but it sounds like people behind that seminar is either aim to rip you off or cannot do their job properly
Yah that was we noticed after the seminar. Those people we full and well prepared to scam us and they succeed. And they are not doing it alone but they used Church leaders and Pastor to execute their plans. And people would thought that the program is genuine and making to attend and they really rip us all. And the people were more than 5k that attended seminar.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: What Altcoins Do you have?
« on: May 27, 2024, 10:13:19 PM »
Yes i also think bull session coming. Many people holding many Altcoins. I also have some Altcoin. We saw last bull session Altcoin given us good profit. So i am also holding some Altcoin. I think future bull session we will be huge benefited.

XRP, Dot, Pbr,  ltc i am holding and we know there are many Altcoin available in cryptocurrency market. If we collect proper Altcoin then we will be benefited there has no doubt.
After the approval of the Ethereum Spot ETF, the price is on fire shooting up to the next All Time High and if anyone is interested to invest in altcoins I suggest Ethereum for both the short term and long term. I am not yet a holder of any altcoin but I wanted to invest in Ethereum or Solana but their networks were congested so I didn't at that time but now that the transaction fee has reduced, I can invest but not ready yet.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Do you rely on Crypto Currencies?
« on: May 27, 2024, 09:46:15 PM »
The thread was created since December 04, 2020, 07:18:19 AM and that time till now there is a very big different. According to the op there were many cryptocurrency projects as of then but now it as double the number as of then. And if you want to know, people have used bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies to achieve many things. Mostly this recent All Time High of bitcoin was tremendous year for bitcoin because a lot of people who invested in bitcoin make profit and make crypto as income through trading and short term investment.

This is a nice information but Windows OS is much more easier to use and install than others Operating Systems. In the year 2020s, there was a seminar I attended and according to the instructions from the instructor, all the participants must have a system, and normally I was not a participant, it was a cousin brother recommended me to a pastor, and he came and hired me to use my PC, and he gave me small amount of money to pay transport. And we went there. To attend the seminar we paid $50 and reaching the seminar hall, we were asked d to format or change our computer OS to Ubuntu, and that was the first time I heard about the OS. And they were the only people that had the software so foe them to do it for us, we are to pay $30 and we paid. And the installation of the Ubuntu os took 4 to 5 hours, and the system that the ram is small and slow, it took all day of 24hours. And the whole process was nonsense and finally the seminar was scattered. So now most of them to rechange the Ubuntu to Windows OS is a problem and from 2020 till now most of them are still battling to change the Ubuntu. Why I am bringing all these because the most popular Operating Systems is Windows.

But from what you are saying that is real truth because the number of viruses displaying in windows systems is alarming. If there is any other good and easy to use Operating Systems then it is better to use that. Here in Africa we use Windows 7, 8, 10, 12 and 13. And Windows XP.  And from the beginning of my cryptocurrency journey I have not used computer to store my coins but phone. Linux is not popular here in my location.

Can we report topics like this and a mod delete the bumps? DO nothing?

I think the user should be warned and he should always delete the old bump before posting another one...
The issue is I don't think everyone can modify/delete a post. Only certain ranks may be enabled for this option.
What about reporting the old bumps to moderators to delete before bumping the thread and the moderators in the forum are very active to take any action reported to them because when I see that thread, all is bullshit. Then another way again, he can even tell the admin or the president to clean the thread for him before bumping it.

If China that produces things and they have enough of companies and manufacturing companies economy is sick then what will you call the African countries economy that have no any manufacturing companies. Nigerian government only depending on Crude Oil to survive and anything happens to the Crude Oil sector I the country, the economy will not only sick but will die.

Economics , Sociology & Politics / Re: Why do we have inflation ?
« on: May 26, 2024, 09:17:42 PM »
It's easy for them because they always have devaluation as a way out of problems.
In the third world Nations or Countries, the devaluation in some time is a negotiation among governments. World Bank and IMF are also in the game. They promised to develop your country when you devalue your currency but all are lies. Africans countries have devalued their economics for many times yet the continent is worst in development in all ramifications. And right now in my country, why the inflation is high, because I the 2023 general Election in the country, the then government printed plenty new designed note and also the Boko Haram and Fulani Herdsmen are killing the farmers who suppose produce local production to reduce inflation are killed. The government is the problem for the inflation. If they can even provide a conducive environment for the farmers, I think inflation will reduce.

The government has disappointed many graduates in the world mostly in the African countries. The youth is the leaders of tomorrow yet the president is 97 years, the ministers are 68+ years and the youth works in the office as Clarks, Cashier and in the classroom as teachers. And I always tell people that they should focus on self employed or learn computer because there is money in the internet more than government work.

Economics , Sociology & Politics / Re: Food Shortage
« on: May 26, 2024, 08:49:59 PM »
Food shortage in my country is alarming and add it with high cost of living. It is not we can't produce agricultural products to feed ourselves but the problem is that we are in the farms farming to make sure that food products will be plenty in the society to eat, but some top politicians would sponsored some bad boys to come and invade the farmers and kill them and rade the communities, all because the foods would be much for the people to eat and the manufacturers would not sell their goods like that again so the best ways is to destroy the farmers so they can sell theirs. We know all these things that are happening in the world and time is coming it will stop.

Economics , Sociology & Politics / Re: Gold and Bitcoin
« on: May 26, 2024, 08:42:41 PM »
Op you know what the 100% know Gold? It is not because they seen the object or asset but Gold is the curriculum in which children are learning about as a National Resource like Crude Oil, so once you mention it, everyone plus children would know it as a national resource and that is all. Those who knew Gold as an asset is very few. And 98% of the citizens have not seen Gold physically but have only heard the name. And the 2% that have seen Gold in the physical Asset are the politicians and the Top businessmen who buy the gold to manufacture things and resell it again.

If Bric is coming to the digital currency, it won't work out because it will be a centralized digital currency that will be controlled by the supported countries and if it is for the formation of the regional currency to eliminate the US Dollar then they might succeed because what they are planning to do is to use the agreed currency to trade, buy things and pay goods and services. Then it will work out and they are winning more countries to the economic block.
