Title: Time to move to BTC
Post by: olivia on October 12, 2018, 08:14:26 AM
I think to have a bull market up-coming is the best way to move all the money that you have in altcoins to bitcoin, because with market dominance of Bitcoin the market will go green, and the bull run with start, as far as I am concerned from the previous experience of the bull run more than 55% bitcoin was dominant in the market.
Suggestions?

For some they think that moving investment into BTC is a big advantage but i'm not agree because btcoin is still dropping until now and it may risk our investment so i suggest to keep on hold.

The best thing we can do is leave some altcoins to add some BTC coins before the bull market comes, because I'm sure the bulls will come in the near future and if we buy now the price is still very cheap it hasn't penetrated $ 6800 and if it can reach $ 7,000 then the profit too, but I will continue to hold BTC until the price returns to $ 12,000.

Yes, it must be really better to move all my money to Bitcoin, I think about it and maybe I'll do it, to have money in Bitcoin is much more certain than on other coins, there is 100% certainty that the BTC price will increase. that's my opinion

Bitcoin is king and it is only normal to see its resistance in a bearish market. Every crypto expert, artist and investor knows this and it is only wise to invest in bitcoin. In the long run, it guarantees stability with its stable growth. This is the major reason to why everyone wants to invest in bitcoin. The beauty is, its adoption will continually grow for the foreseeable future so also will its price.

Good idea to keep most of the money in bitcoin, I do the same, the most stable currency compared to the rest, which are very much cheaper, but part of the funds held in altcoins for a quick sale and the opportunity to earn in a bull market.

BTC is safer.so we need to change our altcoin to BTC, especially when the value goes down.Because holding BTC will be very profitable and safe, because the value will definitely rise again.

No, it does not always justify itself. Sometimes an inconspicuous new token can make a lot more profit than Bitcoin. Even ethereum can now grow better in value due to its low present value than bitcoin. In addition, Bitcoin is now very unpredictable.

The actual total volume should be lower since it is unlikely that all markets are completely efficient and received the same magnitude of above average volume like Gdax did during that 1-minute in question — But we will continue with this estimation for simplicity.

Should it happen then it will be very good. We have been waiting for this for a long time since then. So far I have not seen such characteristic of a bull run for now. The prices just go up a bit and goes down again but I am hoping someday.

Crypto investment is safest in my opinion of Bitcoin,so I think this is a very wise choice to move to BTC.because bitcoin is indeed a very good coin to hold in the long run.Bitcoin will always grow and become number 1 in crypto.

Some young tokens with the growth of the cryptocurrency market grow better and make a profit more than Bitcoin. Therefore, I do not think that now, in anticipation of the market growth, it is necessary to transfer funds from altcoins to bitcoin. In addition, Bitcoin already has a fairly significant price and how it will behave further is unknown. However, the higher its price, the more risky it becomes to invest in it.

During the fall in prices, it is better to buy altcoins, and when the growth starts, sell altcoins and buy Bitcoin or Bitcoin Cash. Because if you observe the market behavior while serving and raising, you can see Bitcoin drops by 5%, at the same time, most altcoins fall by 10%-15%, but when growth begins and Bitcoin gets +5%, then altcoins grow faster and get 10%-15%. You can make a profit on this difference in Bitcoin and altcoins volatilities.

I try to stay in Bitcoin during a general market downturn, it is much safer than keeping funds in altcoins and the loss of the volume of the crypto portfolio will be less. Bitcoin Cash is now a risky asset because of a hard fork, so I think it's better to temporarily exchange it for Bitcoin or another promising altcoin.

The blockchain is a ledger of all transactions in the history of Bitcoin. It is append-only, meaning new data can be added to the end of the ledger, but data can never be removed once included.

Personally, I think Bitcoin and the blockchain technology on which it is built allow people to exclude intermediaries. Many of those who have just recently joined the Bitcoin community may not understand the importance of what is happening in recent days.

How long it takes for the transaction to be confirmed and incorporated into the bitcoin blockchain is a separate question. When the bitcoin ecosystem is overwhelmed with too many transactions competing for space in blocks, it might take hours for the transaction to be mined.

If you haven't yet sold your BCH for BTC then it's never too late in my opinion. Unless you already have ABC and SV, then probably best to wait and see...
When "BCH" is around $350 and BCHABC is valued at $250, when some exchanges (like Coinex and Bibox) are trading BCH as BCHABC, then it seems clear what will happen to the future value of "BCH"... at best, it will become BCHABC, which is no improvement in price.

I  think  time to  move  to  BTC this isn't a Binance issue. BTC is generally slow to transfer and the Ethereum blockchain has been severely congested over the past two days.

BTC is slow I agree but I haven't seen ETH congested in recent days. I did a transaction yesterday with 2.2 gas costing only 2 cents, took a matter of minutes. The mempool is getting emptied out regularly still it seems. Not saying that BCH is slow though, it's generally faster I agree.

Every time I have an altcoins paired with Bitcoin, there is no need to move.

Even better you Fiat HODL until the price of Bitcoin to 500 USD.  ;D

I think niw we shouldn’t invest in BCH anymore because BCH keep dropping too much. There still many potential coin out there that can pump to higher price. If we invest into BCH we should wait for a better market

I perceive the same view as your topic, because Bitcoin will be going high and faster than others at the early stage of the bull run before it will become stable, but we cannot tell if this is the bull run or not.

Depends on the situation, if in my opinion.
It's too risky to buy present-day Bitcoins while on the Bear market!

It's better to wait for Bitcoin to find the lowest price.

i donk think so, bitcoin only can grow up range 20% -35%.
but in altcoin they can grow up intil more than 1000%, so which one do you want?

It is also good to move our investment to Bitcoin cash because this coin has been surpassing Ethereum in the crypto market but we should also consider other altcoins as bull market is coming so near.

I strongly oppose this, you don't move your altcoins to BTC because a bullish run is coming. Altcoins can also be very profitable in a bullish market, especially if an individual holds more tokens.

Bitcoin dominance is decreasing because market capitalization is higher than the last 6 months and part of the money moves of altcoins and a new project.
I think this is an uncertain time to decide if move or change own bitcoins. We should wait for more to understand market behavior and bet on altcoins.

The BTC price again has increased to $5,227. It is good to hold BTC at this moment for long term benefits.

Along with BTC all the other altcoins price also increased.

The market price of BCH has dropped slightly. It is good to convert bitcoin cash to bitcoin (http://seo abuse/bitcoin-cash-abc/bitcoin-cash-abc-to-bitcoin) to get 0.059197 BTC. One can exchange at the best rate at leading exchanges like Binance, Changelly, Coinswitch etc.

Considering technology of bitcoin Cash with its bigger block and good miners support, BCH improves scalability of BTC.
Indeed I think it is going to have more margin of grow.

Never put all eggs in one basket.
By the way, wait for the bull market to start before moving all your money into bitcoin.
Based on what I have learned and my experience - bitcoin cash is more profitable even during the market bull run. so, stay put!
