I heard that the Kucoin Share give a percentage of it's income in coins that they hold on a daily basis. Is it a great passive investment to enter into?

Whether you should invest in Kucoin Shares (KCS) is upto you to decide. But I'll give some overview.

- Kucoin distributes 90% of the platform trading fees to the users. Of which 50% is shared among KCS holders.
- There is a trading fee discount of 1% for every 1000 KCS held.
- If KCS is used for trading, there is no need to pay trading fees.
- 10% of the exchange net profit will be used towards buying back and burning tokens from the market every quarter. So the supply of the coin decreases over time thereby making it valuable.

I'm not big on the Kucoin exchange but it would be silly to think it wouldn't raise in value over time... if you're gonna pick some up, better do it soon, before the next installment of the altrun start (and essentially leading to alot more kucoin volume).

I really like Kucoin exchange, but I bought Kucoin Shares almost at the peak. Hope to refresh the price peaks before the end of the year.

Like all exchange tokens, it is very interesting for me. While not show a good profit, such as BNB or HT.

I agree that exchange coins offer decent value, but the passive income is fairly low compared to some other dividend paying coins. I have a small amount of Kucoin, and I'm never going to get rich with the payouts I receive. Would like to increase the amount I hold while the value is still below $5, reckon it could reach $20+ within the next 12-18 months, fingers crossed. I missed out on Binance, it was around a $1 back in September, and has exploded since, even with the recent market downturn. Volume is the key with exchange tokens, so Huobi has plenty of potential too.

Kucoin previously I considered one of the best crypto-exchange exchanges. As it was a young exchange opened in Hong Kong, it attracted attention with a number of benefits and advantages. However, she recently introduced a KYC check for her clients when registering and a little lost for me in her popularity. Although, as before, it is a very good stock exchange, however, with not so far a large volume of trades.

It was definitely popping in December, but alot of coins are in whats called the "Kucoin Graveyard" right now bleeding out with no volume, hopefully it will change... dragonchain is dying over on kucoin.

Thanks for the overview it seems very promising that KCS is a good investment. Kucoin is one of the good exchanges and this will follow the steps of binance making it to the top exchanges soon.

It does give a return on a daily basis, but unless you are holding a large amount, you're not going to make money worth shouting about. I hold a very small amount of Kucoin, single digits, and have bought them all with free BTC given to me by sharing their promotional posts on Twitter. Never going to make me a fortune, but it's free, so why not. Either way, I like Kucoin, it's an exchange that is growing in popularity, and I can see the value increasing over the next couple of years. Might as well grab some 'dividends' along the way.

instead, I just heard it now, that kukoin will give a percentage of its income in the form of coins they hold every day. if it is true, then there is nothing wrong to try.
if for investment, I only invest by buying cheap coins that have good potential in the future. because I don't want to be left behind after eth and ltc 2-3 years ago.
