Like you rightly said, Manchester United have been unnecessary unlucky with the managers they've signed since Sir Alex Ferguson left the club in 2013. It's 11 years since the Scottish manager left the club  and 11 years since the club last won a league title or the UEFA Champions League competition. Since Erik ten Hag became the club manager, he's not been as impressive as many of us thought he'll be after his convincing performances at his former club Ajax.
Many people especially the club fans are calling for the sack of the Dutch manager but there's never been a news from the club's official news outlet that the club is going to part ways with him this season. From all indications, I don't think the club is going to finish in any position above the 6th position in the league table at the end of the season and that's why I think the club management should try and relieve him of his duties at the club and get another manager that can help improve the performance of the club.

The problem with Manchester united is that they decide for the coach on what to do, which I don't think would help the team to grow. Manchester united needs to be patient with any coach that they bring in for the job. The reason why I said this is because Alex Ferguson didn't just come to Manchester united and started winning trophies.
