You can store ltc at coinbase.com . You can do it using coinpayment.net as well. These are not market or exchange wallet. Send/withdrawal fee at coinpayment.net is 0.001 ltc.

Of course you can store your LTC on Coinbase (or any of the reputable exchanges) but that IS NOT the best wallet to store LTC - speaking from a purely security-minded standpoint, I would recommend a hardware wallet such as the Ledger Nano S. I've been using it for 4 months now and haven't any issues. I'd be happy to answer any questions. I mine directly to my Ledger Wallet address.

Not really, because you don't have your wallet's private keys. I looked up litecoin official webpage and decided to use the LiteVault online wallet.

for me i think Myetherwallet is still one of the best wallet that we can use to hold our Litecoin investment because aside from being free it's very safe from any hacking activity due to it's unique features that can't be easily open by any person.

As far as I know, Elektrum has been hacked, if I'm not mistaken. And even though this problem was solved, I still do not exclude the possibility that any such wallet can be hacked. In general, you are right, the most reliable option to hold your coins is to have a private key that nobody knows. Maybe for those who have a large number of coins in the account is better to transfer them to a wallet that is installed on the computer and from which you have private keys, and leave a small part of the coins on any mobile or WEB wallet.

I use different wallets, Coinomi, Paytomat, Monarche, but I do not see much difference in them. It is probably best to use hardware wallets or the Windows/Linux version to hold large volumes of LTC. It is definitely impossible to hold large volumes of coins on exchanges.

I like your comments actually. Coinbase can not be good to store your coins as sometimes it creates problem i think hard wallet is best. On the other hand MEW is only ore ERC-20 and you can choose for online Binance wallet as their security is very much strong. I trust it for long time like big big investors. Now choice is yours.

There are many good wallets for LTC. But I personally like Trust wallet for LTC. Trust wallet is so good to use. It’s very easy to use than other wallets. So I personally prefer this wallet for holding LTC.

exchange wallets are not good to store big amount or long term holding because you can't access your wallet privacy keys they're controlled by exchanges so if you want more protection buy hardware wallets if you want free wallet trust wallet and safepal wallet these wallets are popular online wallets.
