Litecoin Forum / Re: Good time to buy Litecoin?
« on: August 03, 2019, 09:18:49 PM »
Litecoin halving will occur 1.5 days later, so that might speed up things. (If bitcoin lets it haha) I'm not sure, normally I was gonna buy LTC before halving, but BTC has 66% dominance, I don't know whether LTC can do a good movement in this market.

this is their circulation supply right now: 29,261,461 EDO
If they burn 1m tokens, that means 3% of the tokens are gonna be burned. well, I don't think that will affect the prices. But if there are some other news like mainnet, node etc. you may think about it.

Don't go for "top blabla". Just because they have good volume in 2019 doesn't mean they will have their places in next 3-5 years. I mean yes Bitcoin, Ether, LTC is here to stay but if you want to earn 'more' money, you need to find a suitable altcoin (which has a good future/looks promising) and gain 30-50-100x!

I don't buy top coins, I'm looking for new emerging coins. Wanchain is one of my favourites.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Popularity of Bitcoin
« on: August 03, 2019, 01:40:36 AM »
As of now, BTC has 66.2% dominance in full crypto market. It is very popular obviously, and everyone know BTC as the primary crypto. But people invest in altcoins to earn more money so I don't care if BTC has more dominance, it will change. Money always flows to altcoins at some point.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Why must cryptocurrency pay tax?
« on: August 03, 2019, 01:38:13 AM »
Every earning have to be taxed but I can lose 90% as well. When they are gonna get taxes? Maybe when you change crypto into fiat.

If they control CEXes and get tax on every trade, people will use Decentralized exchanges.

I'm not sure. But of course, if I do 100x in a year, It has to be legalized and taxed somehow.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Who is really Mr. Satoshi Nakamoto?
« on: August 01, 2019, 02:05:50 PM »
Is he "one" person or a group? I believe Satoshi is more than one person and Intelligence agencies must know who he is. If he/they can really hide from them, that is weird and cool.

Also satoshi locked his bitcoins in his wallet, and no move since then. If it moves some they, we can expect a big dump and fear haha. I hope it stays locked.

I love being in a new era, being one of the early adopters of a new tech. Also yes I don't believe in bank system, and the idea of controlling my money myself is better.

Also, in a real stock market if you earn 20% in 1 year, it would be huge. But in crypto, you can do 3x in a month lol. In the bullrun, some coins made 100x etc. This is not possible else where.

It should be something you can trust in the long run, which is like Ethereum, NEO and maybe Cosmos-Wanchain etc. As gain/safety ratio, I would choose NEO probably. Ether doesn't have much room to grow (NEO has more).

Litecoin Forum / Re: Litecoin vs BTC vs ETH
« on: July 31, 2019, 10:23:22 PM »
LTC is a bitcoin fork, faster and cheaper. LTC is better for transactions (for now) But ethereum is another case. ETH has smart contracts, can create new tokens etc. I think ETH has a better future, but BTC is better in terms of holding value.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Why some think bitcoin will end?
« on: July 31, 2019, 01:47:49 PM »
That's pure speculation. Governments and companies are gonna say it will end, of course. But It won't. Even if there are other significant coins in the future, Bitcoin is the trademark and everyone knows BTC, not others. BTC will be the next gold I believe.

If you can find nice projects with good tokenomics (and going IEO) then you might have a chance. For example, if you get $X worth of tokens, and the coin makes 5x in ieo, that would worth something nice.(happened to me)

15
For me, to identify the best altcoins for long futures should include:
1. The solid and professional teams that create the coins
2. Great products to release in the future3/ Strong community channel
and many more that can hire many more investors in the future and this coin has a good prospect for the future investment.
Exactly. Solid team that delivers the roadmap, plus good partnerships on the road. This is the formula to success in long term. But in short term, limiting the supply and releasing news kinda works.
