Early this year, the founder of LTC, Charlie Lee tweeted that there is “One huge unexpected surprise” coming in 2018. We do not know what this surprise is yet, but we don’t think he would have tweeted this if there wasn’t something exciting about to happen! But the founder of Ethereum are not also going to sit idle. LTC can never overtake ETH. LTC has a great future though but to stipulate it will overcome ETH, is a no go zone area.

I guess litecoin will grow rapidly next year. This coin is potential and possible to go up to the moon like ethereum from cheap coin to one of the dominant coin all over the alts.

Ethereum has a larger community while litecoin enhances smarter payment so with larger community Ethereum will always be on top of litecoin

If it is possible for litecoin to overtake ethereum then I assume that it will be done more years from now. Ethereum is moving forward in crypto so I think no reason for litecoin to overtake as long as everything goes well for ethereum.

Yes I think so. Eth is already far from LTC and it's success really surprising.

LTC already have a bigger and better competition in the market which is bitcoin.

Ethereum has a huge following than most coins including litecoin, I don't think it will be able to overtake

Litecoin can overtake ethereum if litecoin price rapidly grows then ethereum price drastically drowned. That is what I think the only way for litecoin to overtake ethereum. Sorry to if seems there is bias on my idea. Anyway litecoin have better and clearer potential for the future than other coins in crypto market.

I think it can, because it might be replaced by ltc, because ltc is just the beginning of the beginning and eth is in ltc.

it can happen if LTC is constantly being developed so covering up the shortcomings of Etherium makes LTC more valuable than Etherium, then LTC may at the end of the year be a surprise

LTC is one of the best Altcoins though but it cannot supersede ETH.

Investors are wondering whether their saved LTC in their wallet will overtake ETH. I think it can't what of you?
For me,Litecoin because has grow fast and With lower transaction fee and much faster transaction time than bitcoin, this coin is aggressively pacing towards making it to the top.
