Да и самому тоже стресс, на самом-то деле. Где гарантии, что арендодатель попадется адекватный? Да и вообще реалии таковы, что на квартирах, сдающихся в аренду, собственники экономят максимально на всем и продают обложку, которая через пару месяцев показывает свое "истинное лицо" с незакрывающимися дверьми, замыкающимися розетками и протекающими трубами. И всегда же это все можно повесить на арендатора. Плюс жизнь не в своем жилье означает жизнь не на своих условиях. С животными нельзя, с детьми тоже иногда нельзя, шкаф передвигать нельзя и дальше по списку. Арендованные квартиры - это для людей, приходящих поспать на 8 часов и уходящих снова на весь день на работу. Но это не "дом", не "семейное гнездо".

Ещё могу сказать, что когда я снимал квартиру, то всё действительно было именно так. Арендодателю нет никакого смысла тратится на ремонт. Зачем? Ради чего? Съёмщики особо ремонт не ценят или ценят, но не хотят за него переплачивать. По итогу съёмщики сами себя обманывают. Ещё мне нравился прикол с арендодателем (из личного опыта): она приезжала и начинала раз в полгода разговоры о том, что, мол, инфляция, не пора ли ценник раза в полтора прибавить? В её понимании инфляция росла  в полтора раза за полгода
  И унять её можно было только угрозами съехать на другое жильё. Но там точно такие же неадекваты. По факту съёмщик постоянно живёт в затравленном состоянии.

Я не понимаю в чем прелести аренды жилья, если только работа не обязует постоянно передвигаться. Выплачивать за дядю его ипотеку неразумно. Стартовый капитал можно как-то самостоятельно наскрести.

Самый прикол в том, что не все это понимают. Ю туб завален роликами "снимать лучше, чем владеть".

At the same time, nonsense spam posts that are only there to fulfil the post quota for the campaign deserve karma -.
Personally, I have no problem rewarding such posts. It's a shame that we can't even have an insight into which post got karma (regardless of + or -) that would probably help many to recognize where they went wrong and what needs to be improved.

Good news for us @LogitechMouse, I remembered reading about this thread this past few weeks that this rule or the conversion of + karma to ALTT token is valid again. The admin updated the rule and you can request to convert it if you want.

This is wrong because karma is the only parameter whether a user contributes to quality, without having to read all his posts. It is very useful for campaign managers and facilitates the candidate selection process.

If it is already possible to convert karma points into ALTT tokens, maybe the admin could add certain badges like 100+ earned karma, 500+ etc... So even if he were to convert karma points into ALTT tokens, his previous contribution to the quality of the forum could still be recognized.

In the end, those who cheated are punished by deducting karma points, so in the end it equalizes the punishment of those who showed real quality.

Are we in trouble? Mind you he's posts are not entirely bad but I'm just curious how he's able to write more than 10+ in a space of few minutes apart. Normally reading OP and some replies before posting should take more than 5 mins depending on length of discussion. Is this guy bot?
