But when we invest in crypto here we are at risk but also when we are staking it will increase our risk a bit more. so one should decide whether to stake or not according to one's risk tolerance. If you only want to store for the short term while waiting for the bullish season you can do it on Binance or BYBIT, if you store in your wallet there is a slight risk of drain, lately many people have experienced losing assets in their wallets so it's better to store in CEX there are complete features available.

I don't know how much APY is offered on the exchange? But most people are staking on DEXs hoping for token rewards especially with some of the newer projects so most people own there rather than on exchanges.
But I don't stake in exchanges because it's definitely a small APY, so I make sure to stake in new projects even though it's a high risk.
