I don't see it either! Maybe it's just speculation rumors to spread an strategy to gather data about the cardano charisma to the community. Im afraid they lose their funds to continue the project. Market price for cardano is very low so as with the development of the project.

Many of us don't see any ICO on Cardano coin.I do agree,it is because they just making data from the Bounty program to be also popular.Many people don't like this coin.

This is just a speculation from other people as i also did not see any ICO's used by Cardano coin.We should researched more if there are.But now i don't think so.There's so many ICO's but i don't see Cardano they used.

I have never seen it, but I think if it is available I am very sure that it will be very good for the future, which will have better potential.
