I don't know, I don't know about Bitcoin Diamond because Bitcoin Diamond is the result of Hardfork from Bitcoin.
If the HardFork result from Bitcoin is certain the coin is full of conflict or the price will continue to fall, for example BitcoinCash, Bitcoin Gold and Bitcoin Private.

My advice: do not be too confident in the news that has been given by coins whose prices are destroyed in the wind.
No matter how strong the news is or whatever it is if the price of the coin is like the Bitcoin Diamond now, maybe it can't help raising the price.

Especially seeing from the post @masudginanjar, it's a fake twitter account. LOL
