Celsius will return money to the customers by the end of 2023
Celsius network, a crypto landing platform said to one judge that they are demanding reorganisation planning during the hearing of 2 October is planning to return customer’s money by the end of 2023. Along with this Celsius has asked for approval of the court for this planning. In New York the legal council of Celsius Christopher Koenig has said that a new company named NewCo will bear a seed funding of $450 Million from proceeding. It is known from the filing done on 29 September that Celsius has used $2.03 Billion in Bitcoin, Ethereum and stocks in the new company to provide partial payments to its creditors.
