If it's a type of scam, how is it realized?

I don't know exactly, but I believe this is one kind of scam attempt. Usually, these scammers use a note for the receivers so you can read it. They send those fake tokens to victims so they check if those coins have value or not and if they can be swapped for USDT or not. Sometimes those scammers provide links to their website so that the victim can visit their website and try to swap the coins. Here is the main part, when victims connect their web3 wallets to their website, these websites drain their entire wallet within a minute. So, you have to be careful when you connect your wallets to a website. Look at the screenshot below that I shared. This is one of my wallets with a bunch of phishing tokens with notes. Basically, they are requesting me to use their website to claim rewards! LOL. In your case, fortunately, someone leveled it as phishing already.

I noticed that I received some kind of airdrops on a Polygon address, although I'm not sure when I applied. It doesn't matter.

Can someone specifically explain what the purpose of these tokens is and why someone does this at all?
I have no intention of dealing with that token, but I see that it was sent to many addresses, I believe that someone will think that they can get something out of there.

The address from which it was sent is labelled as Fake_Phishing3312

If it's a type of scam, how is it realized?

I have received some tokens which have URL as their names, something like xxxairdrop.io or whatever.

So , those tokens can also be phising to infect your computer and steal your coins.

I was thinking. What if mixtum promoted a review campaign?
I saw it created two a long time ago, in 2019.

It could he useful to get reviews of experienced members of the community, it could also attract more users and clear most common questions about the mixing process.

TX fees were acceptable these days, I think less than 20sat/vb. Mixtum also offers an option for free testing, i.e. without paying the mixing fee, it's a good possibility for a review.

Indeed. High fees makes such campaigns very expensive for bother testers and the mixer...

I have been looking for a long time for a good platform where I could win and enjoy interesting games, I have tried and found quite a few. So far for me Fairspin platform is perfect, there is still the possibility of staking won tokens and making extra profit
That's nice, but it's important too always be cautious when approaching these online casinos, especially when they're relatively new.
It'll be nice too always conduct your own research about the casino and also check online for reviews about the casino before developing such level of trust and confidence before that making decisions that you'll regret later on.

-snip-
Not only in the past did we make mistakes, but now we still make some mistakes, it's just that they are not as bad as in the past. What makes us like that is experience and we can learn from it so we can survive.
LOL, that's the reality of being very silly with the same mistakes.
But consciously I can overcome it all now.
A mistake on the project, too much panic or whatever it is is no longer a burden, is trained enough to cope with such problems.

Bad experiences in the past are really a good reminder.
It's not entirely going to escape the blame, but it's become better to deal with a crypto world that's pretty cruel to those who aren't prepared.

I don't really give negative karma unless an account is a bot, but I tend to put anyone who posts repeated points, quotes the whole post but only responds to one point, or says low-quality things like "thank you" without further comments, usually end up in my ignore list. It's not like I won't see their posts again in the future, but I feel that they need to make more than one quality post to improve their image and get karma from me. It made me a bit biased if the first few posts that I see from a user are somewhat low-quality. Judging from some of the comments above, are people using AI that prevalent? I tend to find more spammers instead of AI posters.

Monero Forum / Re: XMRT : Wrapped Monero
« Last post by dkbit98 on Today at 05:35:33 PM »
The idea seems contradictory. If wtoken provides the required privacy and decentralization, it will inevitably be removed, as happened with XMR, and if it does not provide these features, its value will inevitably be less than Monero, if we ignore the risks of unbundling.
Please READ before commenting anything about this subject.
This token does NOT provide any privacy at all, it's just a standard erc20 token on ethereum blockchain, but it should have 1:1 peg with XMR on Monero blockchain.
Only purpose for existence of XMRT is liquidity that comes from uniswap and similar exchanges.

Forum related / Re: Campaigns and Forums Traffic
« Last post by Freemind on Today at 05:32:51 PM »
It is true that the forum traffic is not very large, especially if we compare it with BTT traffic, but although it may seem to many of you that there is little traffic, I can assure you that it is quite high compared to previous years. Signature campaigns logically have a lot of traction and make BTT users and other new users register on the forum. I hope that over time, users will not only write threads/posts for the dollars they can receive, but because they will find this forum a comfortable place to talk about cryptocurrencies. I know it's difficult for what I'm saying to happen, but a long time ago the traffic the forum has now was a dream.

It is true, Real Madrid has secured La Liga title, there is no way that Barcelona can overtake Real Madrid points. Real Madrid fans can celebrate it although the season isn't over yet. Well, there is no need to force themselves to win the remaining matches anymore. But I'm sure Real Madrid won't let other teams to steal points in each remaining matches. However, Real Madrid is starting to rotate the players in main lineup for La Liga. If you checked the starting lineup in the last match against Real Sociedad, Ancelotti put some key players on the bench to take a rest. This is important that they key players need to prepare themselves for the semi-final of UCL. Real Madrid no doubt to focus on UCL matches now.
No doubt, the Laliga trophy all belongs to Real Madrid, their focus will be on the Champions League next. Two days from now, they will play an away match against Bayern Munich at their home, they will hope to have a draw match with them instead of a lost match. Let's see how it goes because, to me, Real Madrid looks formidable. They can't come this far to win Manchester City and lose to Bayern Munich. Ancelotti will play her full squad to make sure they reach the finals of the Champions League
I don't understand why others perspective on Real Madrid match with Bayern Munich is different from mine. I don't see Real Madrid losing or drawing that match, and I don't think that a draw is a good result for a strong team like Real Madrid, who was able to kick out the defending champions from the competition. Is it the weak Bayern Munich that have been defeated severally at home, that will be able to hold down Real Madrid strikers from scoring. I doubt not, there is no hope for Bayern in this match even in their home. Tomorrow will prove me wrong or not.

Economics , Sociology & Politics / Re: Cost of living

Is that actually accurate for your city?
I checked this website with several people around the world and they are accurate for most things, on average.
Restaurants is not something I would check because prices can vary widely depending on city area, quality, inflation, etc.
Numbeo is using multiple sources for price information, and people can make personal contributions.
