I think everything is good and each has advantages and disadvantages.
Fiat money itself is an official exchange medium and is always used in daily transactions in the community, made by a country. With this money, the state can control the inflation rate and the living standards of its people.
While crypto money itself was created to provide convenience for its users in all social aspects. But lacking Crypto money not all countries legalize it and not everyone can accept it in the transaction

If Crypto really can replace Fiat it is very difficult and it is almost impossible although nobody knows about the future. But honestly, I prefer fiat than Crypto for stable saving. There has been lots of issues pertaining to the existence of both fiat and cryptocurrency. A vivid search through the history of cryptocurrency will reveal the numerous conflict between these two bodies of finance due to the concept upon which fiat and cryptocurrency operate on, centralization and decentralization respectively. Fiat can never die off because it has got the backing of the government and it is through fiat that the government derives a level of power over the people. I see cryptocurrency and fiat coexisting instead of one replacing the other.

I believe that cryptocurrencies, in its current form, cannot replace fiat money. The issue is about monetary policy  deflationary (keeping quantity constant) versus inflationary (allowing quantity to increase).

I think they can co-exist in real life without any problems... you can use fiat for common payments and crypto for some purpose like charity or transaction when you don't want any third intermediary.

Whatever cryptocurrency is not convenient and useful for society, we still cannot do without ordinary national money. As a matter of fact, the matter is not even in ordinary people, although some of their categories will never switch to the exclusive use of cryptocurrency. No state will ever give up their national money in favor of decentralized cryptocurrency. As long as there are states with different conflicts of interests, we will not be able to switch to cryptocurrency. This will be possible only when a single government exists on Earth.

Maybe one they the difference between crypto and fiat won't be so big. Even now we have a possibility to pay with crypto in many places.
