My short discussion is that the most profitable trend among them was ico and it alone brought new projects to the crypto market with 2017 and it was very popular with everyone. But then the IEO started and when the amount of scam projects increased again the IDO started again. However which one do you prefer?

As a matter of facts, the most profitable sources of raising funds then was ICOs but currently, I doubt ICOs are any longer profitable. Firstly, many ICOd this days that were successful no longer list coin/token above ICOs prices and token the distributions are carried out in small percentage that you can hardly make profit when coin is listed. Again, I think ICOs are not profitable, though there are many that are characterised with scams, and many ICO processes has become unclear to investors.
Further more, I think that IEOs are more profitable in all fund raising processes especially on the bigger CEX exchanges like Binance, Kucoin, Bybit  IEOs etc.

As there are numerous potential crypto project doing great, there are also many shitcoins projects, and even scan projects on the crypto space. Actually, it is difficult at this early time of the year to know coins that will perform well or poor because, there are projects that are ready to follow their developments planned and upgrades that will boost values over times. I am very optimistic that many new project out there will definitely perform very well in 2024.

Yes, buying the dip is a good idea, and that is, if you have the experience to determine a market dip. There are some times the market move from the dip to a bearish market, there are some markets conditions to master to make good trade . The basic things is having a good knowledge of  Technical analysis and fundamental analysis (TA/FA) of the market at all times.

Ethereum Forum / Re: How will ETH fare throughout the year 2024?
« on: January 04, 2024, 08:28:07 AM »
By the end of 2023, the price of Ethereum was slightly above two thousand dollars. Currently, the price of Ethereum is the same. I think Ethereum will surpass $4000 in the year 2024. Ethereum is a stable coin that does not rise in value easily and does not fall in value easily. It is expected that the year 2024 will bring good results for Ethereum and the price of Ethium will increase further this year. I think the bull market upside can be seen in Ethereum as well.

Everything about ethereum price movements is depends on two factors and also other altcoins too. The first factor is the continued demand for ether, and the second factor is the Bitcoin market control. As many of us know, it is very clear that the demand/supply rules of any coin/token pushes the prices high or low, and if there is a high demand price will move up and likewise a low demand; the price will definitely drop.In facts, Bitcoin control or drives the crypto market, and the pump will always pushes the entire market high, vice visa, a dump always crash the altcoins Prices.
As for the year 2024, the price ethereum may pump with a new All time High , but I think it all depends on Btc movement.

Ethereum Forum / Re: Is staking ETH on Binance risky?
« on: January 03, 2024, 10:28:51 AM »
In my opinion, if there is platform on the crypto space where it is safe to stake coin/tokens, I think Binance is very safe compared to other Exchanges platforms out there. As a of matter facts, staking ethereum on Binance platforms is the best, because there are the king of exchanges, having proven to be financially stable. In a nutshell, customer funds are highly guaranteed on any events of a hack, crypto meltdown or a prolonged bear run.

I am optimistic that once the Bitcoin ETF is successfully approved by the SEC this year, 2024; there is the possibly of an ethereum ETF in near future. I think that the success of the Bitcoin ETF will determine wether there may be other ETF, for instance, ethereum, Binance, Tron, Solana, polygon ETFs. Now, Do you think other ETFs could follow Bitcoin ETF? Just your thoughts, thank you.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Holding Bitcoin for long-term is risky?
« on: January 02, 2024, 10:05:38 AM »
Obviously, holding Bitcoin on the long term is not a risk at all, just imagine investors that are holding Bitcoin for the past 10years; as we know, every investors, Holders, traders doing crypto business has their individual's plans and strategies for either on investments, or Holding or trading. There are individual's that are holding to hit certain price targets and these individuals will be patient enough untill their planned targets are accomplished. Some individuals that bought Bitcoin at $30k for instance, may planned to sell at $100k, so are others with various planned targets

Recently, the news of MicroStrategy buying an additional 14,620 Bitcoins broke on the internet. We've always known MicroStrategy as a company that loves investing in Bitcoin since August 2020. This sounds more like great news for the Bitcoin community, as it feels like more adoption is taking place, but it is done by a certain group of people.

Primarily, we all know that Bitcoin is meant to be a distributed asset among its users without anybody being in control or possession of the major asset in circulation. Though MicroStrategy isn't the only organization stacking Bitcoin in large amounts, I think it's high time we consider how it might affect the Bitcoin community in a few years.

The large Bitcoin investors may not be a threat to the community, but I think that big investors may turn big whales that can change the market conditions, which could be detrimental to small investors at the short run. As a matter of facts, there are actually whales who will try to dump the market for their selfish gain,
As you may know, Microstrategy is not the only organization that is buying, many other organizations are also buying secretly, Tesla, JPMorgan, and many others own Bitcoin. It is difficult to determine on the current crypto ecosystem wether Big investor will be a threat because some of these organizations could also sell their assets given ways for others to buy.

I sense that the Bitcoin market and other digital currencies might be affected negatively when these companies decide to sell a very large portion of their accumulated assets. What do you think about these companies, and how do we encourage the majority to buy more Bitcoin for themselves to prevent the possible negative outcomes of the future?.
