Have you try sending PM to member Tengri here in forum?
I see he was not online for last three days but I don't see any other for to talk with their support, other than here or with email.
Not sure if their telegram bot can provide any type of support

I have sent them a PM pointing to your post. Now they are certainly informed.
Give them a little more time to react, although they should at least give a reply that they have received your complaint.

They are Jambler's partners, I'm not sure if they necessarily mediate in situations like this, but maybe as a last resort, they should also be contacted.

Check it correctly, have you tried mixing your Bitcoin on Tengri mixer of you have used another mixing platform? After reading your letter I found out Mixero in it that's why I'm asking you.

You should check and confirm that you have used Tengri for mixing of your Bitcoin. By the way you have recieved a reply from Tengi's representative and I hope soon they will resolve your issue.

Can you provide more information to the community about where the problem is: on Tengri's side or on the user's side, and how users need to pay more attention in the future to not encounter any problems?

It doesn't look good when someone comes here and see all this edited and deleted posts in forum (that can't be deleted completly).
Another thing I would suggest is to add more options for providing faster support to customers, maybe add simplex.chat or something similar.

Good idea what you say about simplex.chat or something similar. It has finally been resolved quickly by email. But as you say, We must improve the response speed.

I admit that my eyesight is not the best, but this is really a problem for me to read. A dark grey text on a black background is not the best solution.
I'm reading it with serious efforts, ^{I actually gave up reading}, and there are no light mode options, so maybe you can fix that, I'm sure there are others who find this difficult to use

Users information and their problems are always respected and kept confidential. The Tengri team will always complete the service better based on the user's feedback.

He literally posted his letter of guarantee in public, and we are not interested about him at all
You don't have to reveal any additional information, but I think you really need to explain why there was such a long delay and no reply to him.
Showing more transparency after you just started this service last moth is really important.

The fact that it deals with serious things like coin mixing is all the more reason for the interface to be adapted to the user experience ^{basics of web design}. I have nothing against dark mode, I am just pointing out that it needs to be more readable.
This is a very young mixer and there is plenty of room for improvements.
