Bitpaction, kucoin is good to go initially I guess, afterwards when volume increases binance and bittrex would be the best exchanges to list.

Ethereum is far more better than monero as it has multiple functionalities. Monero is best anonymous coin but in ethereum you can build dapps, you can raise money through Erc 20 based ICo tokens and many other possibilities are there. So though I like both monero and ethereum, I will prefer ethereum more.

Ethereum is de facto standard of ICO fund raising, It has many utilities, games and decentralised exchanges are built on ethereum exchange such as cryptokitties, etherdelta. Ethereum casper upgrade will make I more scalable and efficient blockchain.
Due to its multiple functionality and features it will surely surpass bitcoin in next few years and will become the crypto king until unless any new innovative blockchain project try to overs mart them or bitcoin upgrades itself with smart contracts and other ethereum functionalities along with other new cutting edge functionalities. Ethereum will definitely be the coin of the year in 2019-20.
