Не знаю как будет в 2018 - 2019 году. Но рынок ICO в конце 2017 был на лоха. Причем повелись почти все в том числе и я. Все заморозилось и ждет своего часа. Но это не точно.

Я бы сразу продал бы, так как курс после сразу падает. Потом смотрел бы на саму идею. Если она у проекта есть и хорошая, то на низах докупал бы их монетку. Если нет так нет.
