If you trust the coin just hold it, thats why checking of project's token really matter especially when you are going to invest a lot of money, take time to study the market and the flow

We should never engage in panic selling. Recall why you invest in that ICO or even any crypto coins and i am sure most or all is looking for profits. So when the market make a turn your portfolio is in a loss and not profit so why will you want to do that to your portfolio, a few cases is that you are over-stretching your finance to invest and which should not be like this. You should invest the way which you can afford and not sell your assets or anything to invest even you are sure a rise will happen. Only sell for a reason and not because of fear and uncertainty.

It would still depend on your strategy why you are selling. Some are panic selling because they don't have a trading plan at hand and are afraid that they would lose more and others are just selling because they have given up and would like the cryptocurrency world for good. Nevertheless, if you want to stay here longer then you should always have a trading plan so that whatever happens to the price, you know what to do.
