i think invest altcoin is better than invest ico, but for long investment.
but if you want short investment i think ico is the right choice.

to be honest I am not planning to invest in any ICOs this year. The market is really risky right now. And the thing is the bounties are really generous corresponding last year. Therefore it is better to attend bounties and get some tokens for free.

This year there are a lot of unprofitable ico or a lot of blame to use ico for his own advantage. If you want to invest, you might want to see a team that's joining ico and whitepaper, and that's what they make of ico, and that's the way to minimize that scam

No I personally prefer invest in altcoins. Because They are trusted coin.  I doubt about ICO. too many ICOs are scam.
