Title: SEC to File Response to Ripple’s Individual Motions to Dismiss
Post by: MUGNIA on May 01, 2021, 05:03:47 PM
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to file a response to Individual Motions to Dismiss. The newest development in their ongoing lawsuit against Ripple Labs.

James K. Filan, one of the attorneys representing Ripple Labs, Tweeted on Friday that the plaintiff’s response will be up to 60 pages in length. In addition, he noted that counsel for the individual defendants, namely Ripple executives Brad Garlinghouse and Chris Larsen, does not consent to this response.

The SEC’s letter to United States District Judge Hon. Analisa Torres confirmed this. It also stated that the plaintiff anticipates they will address their reasons for not consenting in a written opposition.

Actually i'm always positive about XRP and hope U.S. security Exchange commission will comeback in good decision about XRP. A top rated coin in crypto market can not be damage with such a case and I think there will need little time to move forwarded for XRP . So let's see what happen!!

In the "unregistered securities sale" case between the SEC and Ripple since December Is the Ripple litigation process going on positively? It is unclear how long this process will take ..In this period of uncertainty for the crypto market, it may be better to have negative news against XRP.

Ripple and the SEC are like water and fire because I think this SEC seems to hate Ripple so much that this problem continues as if it never ends.
But if Ripple cooperates with the SEC, then Ripple can actually be compromised to solve this problem or maybe the SEC is looking for a loophole to be able to buy more Ripple at a low price.

This news may feel very old but I am sure that the news from the SEC about Ripple has clearly ended with the statement that Ripple has passed the SEC audit and is now shining brightly because Ripple has given the best for everything in the cryptocurrency environment.
I also sometimes hate Ripple coins because almost 70% of Ripple coins are owned by the #DevelopmentTeam  but until now Ripple has not happened anything called Scam or Ruggpul and this is what makes Ripple's value very high in the cryptocurrency market.

The case between Ripple and the SEC is moving slowly.Ripple CEO said that there are positive developments in terms of results.
Will the case be over next year? I hope this process ends next year.

Ripple coins already understand what's going on and Ripple coins also in my opinion are more likely to be accepted by all people and of course for Ripple coins are also now free from various kinds of actions taken by the SEC.
Everything also needs a process but I am also sure that Ripple can rise because we are racing against a very large market cap of Ripple coins and the possibility of being a scam will not happen.

SEC in my opinion is bad news that some time ago could have a bad influence on cryptocurrency prices, unfortunately now it has started to recover and of course bad news like the SEC has no effect anymore.

Yeah, I think ripple team has good improve to against SEC.
Ripple has recovered after has SEC issue.
So, I think It's not big matter for this coin.

Sooner or later the SEC issue will be solved with Ripple and that will be the day when XRP will reached to the high price as it was predicted to pump $10/XRP.

Just think, 60 pages of the SEC's XRP litigation could lead to an XRP pump going forward. I believe XRP has a future as the case is pending. It was not denied, but under consideration, which means there is hope for the growth of the XRP cryptocurrency. Very interesting movements are expected in 2022 XRP. The sooner this happens, the better for XRP investors.

The discovery period has been extended for 1 more month. The reason is the Omicron variant. At this rate, the case will be concluded at the end of 2022!
But this protracted process, I think, shows that the case will be concluded in favor of Ripple.

The system that is controlled by Ripple is really very good and I am also sure that this Ripple coin has resistance to audit reports from the SEC.
The strongest evidence is that if Bitcoin now has community strength, this Ripple coin can escape the various problems that exist and it is proven that this Ripple coin is very much protected by the core team of the Ripple coin.

NFT games are popular, and I believe BitBrawl will be successful. I'm a big SOL fan, and I think the project may benefit from the publicity. In my opinion, pvp is the funniest aspect of game.
