If a large gas fee on the ethereum network is a problem for the ICO team when paying new tokens to participants in bounty campaigns, then I do not even mind that such a fee is calculated using these tokens, but at the ICO prices. All the same, as a rule, this price is too high.
However, I would not want this to become a common practice in the future when sending tokens to bounty hunters. At the same time, if Ethereum 2.0 improvements soon correct the situation, then this should not be of particular importance.
