Baby steps is the previous step of being a junior member. And, of course, the first step in this forum is newbie. So, baby steps is higher than newbie. You need a total of 20 posts which includes the combination of replys and new topics to upgrade to a junior member. Hope you got the answer. Be active more in the forum to upgrade yourself.

I think newbie means you start with zero post.  But when you start posting in some threads from 1 to bellow 20 post your rank would be baby steps  , just keep posting  , it's easy to rank up to Jr member  , there are threads their for the newbies .

There are new members in this forum are very familiar on this job, maybe some of theme are not newbies how this forum works. And of course before they enter this forum they go first as a Baby steps because that is the beginning/the first step. The newbies are those who are first timer in this forum or this job and they don't know how this forum works, they don't know what is cryptocurrency is, what is airdrop, what is bounty campaign. For me that is the difference between the newbies and baby step.

Baby Step is a bit higher than newbie. You are classified as newbie if you are newly registered member. If you start to make post then, later on you will automatically became a Baby step.

newbie is the rank-owned novices, even newbie already owned instantly when someone has managed to create an account. are baby step are those who have done some postings on their accounts. so the baby step is higher than on the newbie.

First, you become a newbie then you start step by step moving to the junior member, that is why they named it Baby steps, I guess:)
To reach the rank junior member you need to make 20 baby steps (post or replies)

Newbie is the lowest rank owned by someone who recently joined this forum. And you can raise the newbie rank to a baby step after you make 10 posts. And you can go up the next rank by making a post or replying to a certain number of posts.

It looks like both newbie and babystep are the same rank because they are limited and restricted in some of the campaigns.

The answer to that question is NO, babystep is not lower than newbie rather babystep is higher than newbie, you are a newbie when you are just starting but babystep is the next level before you get to junior member.
